Searching for a full-time private chef with an Epicurean focus in Las Vegas.

Seeking an Epicurean Chef who takes pride in their work and has excellent presentation. Works with the finest ingredients and can make a five-course, five star meal or a common meal a wonderful culinary experience. Ability to create menus and make suggestions.

The general schedule will be M-F but will be required to be on-call on the weekends. The ideal candidates will come to the table with solutions on how to ensure high quality meals are available every day while also allowing them time off (the employer is open to exploring pre-made meals or even working with another chef to assist with the weekend coverage). The hours will vary depending upon the employer’s schedule but for the most part, dinner is delivered at 5pm. There may also be breakfast and lunch requests.

The position splits times between an office kitchen and the household kitchen. Will be required to work out of the office kitchen two days a week to prepare three days’ worth of meals that are packaged and delivered to an assisted living facility for a family member of the employer. The rest of the time the chef will be working out of the estate kitchen and will be responsible for keeping it stocked, cleaned and organized.
Ideal candidates will be flexible and able to cook a wide range of cuisines. The principal enjoys entertaining and wants to be proud of the chef they are hiring and feel completely confident in their abilities to wow their guests.

Live-out position with a salary commensurate with experience.
