Full-time chef needed to travel between four private ranches throughout the course of the year to provide family and guests with an outstanding dining experience. There are three ranches in Texas and one in Florida and housing is available at each ranch for the chef.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are required when guests/family are in residence. Generally there will be up to 12 guests at a time but chef should have the ability cook meals for larger groups when needed and work with outside sources. Will be responsible for coordinating menu and schedules with Principal & Estate Manager and ensure timely delivery of food.

Candidates must be available to travel from ranch to ranch as needed and should have a passion for creating a kitchen culture that is professional and fun. Must have excellent verbal and written skills and have the ability to adapt to changes quickly and without complaint. Must have a positive attitude and the willingness to work a flexible schedule depending on the entertaining needs of the ranch and a willingness to assist with all private service as needed. Excellent culinary skills are required and the willingness to travel 8-9 months of the year.
