Estate Manager needed to oversee fully staffed, 14,000sf high-tech primary residence as well as 5 other properties in multiple states. The position is based in Las Vegas but must be willing to travel to other locations ahead of the principal to ensure each properties is ready for his arrival. Will also make periodic trips to assess maintenance and staffing needs.

Estate manager must display excellent leadership and management abilities. Must be familiar with Smart Home Technology (primarily Crestron). Will be responsible for calendar management, developing and overseeing maintenance schedules, scheduling staff for proper coverage and providing supervision. Will also vet and negotiate with out-side vendors to maintain all properties to the highest standard possible.

Must be a team player willing to pitch-in wherever they are needed. Will work directly with the principal’s executive director and must display excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.

Competitive salary based on experience is offered as well as benefit package. Housing is not provided.
