Nevada: Estate Manager – multiple properties #865

Estate Manager needed to oversee fully staffed, 14,000sf high-tech primary residence as well as 5 other properties in multiple states. The position is based in Las Vegas but must be willing to travel to other locations ahead of the principal to ensure each properties is ready for his arrival. Will also make periodic trips to assess maintenance and staffing needs.

Estate manager must display excellent leadership and management abilities. Must be familiar with Smart Home Technology (primarily Crestron). Will be responsible for calendar management, developing and overseeing maintenance schedules, scheduling staff for proper coverage and providing supervision. Will also vet and negotiate with out-side vendors to maintain all properties to the highest standard possible.

Must be a team player willing to pitch-in wherever they are needed. Will work directly with the principal’s executive director and must display excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.

Competitive salary based on experience is offered as well as benefit package. Housing is not provided.

Ohio: Estate Manager #844

Estate Manager needed to oversee multiple properties located across the country from office-based location in Ohio. Frequent travel to additional properties to ensure they are all running smoothly, staff is working efficiently and complicated systems properly. Properties include 9,000sf primary residence on 2 wooded acres in OH, 50-acre property with 2 acres of vineyards and 12,000sf residence in Napa, CA and 22-acre property with 7 separate cabin-like structures in the Adirondacks.

Estate Manager will be responsible for hiring, firing and supervision of staff members at all properties. Must be able to keep accurate employee records and also have the ability and expertise to implement schedules for all maintenance, staffing, accounting and service needs for all properties. Must be able to develop and implement efficient systems and protocols to see to the unique needs at each property. Must maintain accurate records of all assets and inventories at each property.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and administrative abilities and be technologically savvy. Candidates with experience in either commercial property management or complex multi-family residential management. Must be flexible and willing to work long hours when needed or when travelling.
