Private family in Las Vegas is seeking a live-out detail-oriented, proactive Estate Manager with event experience to take over complete management and hospitality of 14,000 square foot, fully staffed, high-tech home within private golf club. Must possess a resourceful mentality and be seeking a long-term opportunity. This individual will understand how to prioritize short-term tasks and long-term projects relating to the residence and lead the 3 staff members who service the estate each day.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar estate for a private family. Seeking someone who is flexible in scheduling and who has a willingness to accommodate principals’ needs on occasional weekends/evenings. The property is frequently used to host business and personal events. Looking for a polished service focused individual with excellent hospitality skills.
Candidates must be willing to submit to an intensive screening process including FBI background check and drug testing.
