Personal Assistant

Seeking an entry-level, hardworking Personal Assistant who can handle a unique situation with the dynamics of a couple (boyfriend and girlfriend) and their needs at their 5,000 sq. ft. residence in Weston FL.  Both of them work from home every day.  This is a live-out position with full-time hours. Tue-Sat, Sun-Thur, or even Mon-Fri (that has not been decided yet, but what has been decided is that it will be 5 days a week with of course 2 days off) Responsibilities will include:

• Housekeeping when the cleaners aren’t there, and organizing common areas
• Grocery shopping, mail collection, and errands as requested by client or his brother.
• Coordinating home repairs and maintenance with client or his brother
• Driving family members as needed; must hold a valid clean driver’s license in the state of FL.
• Assisting with scheduling and household management tasks
• Must be discreet and reliable
• Must speak functional English
