Estate Manager

Looking for an extremely versatile Live-in Estate Manager for a residence that is situated in a ranch setting in Southwestern Montana.    The main home is a 4,500 sq. ft. home, which will be the primary focus in this role.  We are looking for individuals with a career in the private sector, who have a background or general knowledge regarding livestock, but also has the ability to properly provide fantastic service to a family and families of the principal who are in residence on and off between May through October.  Seeking applicants who have experience with fishing & wildlife.  This position is a full-time position with full-time housing on-site. The Estate Manager is responsible for the upkeep and day-to-day operations of the ranch and its dwellings, managing the ranch’s guest and event calendar, performing, and/or scheduling regular maintenance of infrastructure and equipment, as well as and managing staff (1 full-time staff member and 3 seasonal staff).  The home sits on 3,000 acres and the property has another 10,000 acres that is leased from the State.  This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to make their next career move and is looking for a long-term position.  Hiring as soon as we find the right individual.  Candidates with hospitality backgrounds are welcome to apply. Competitive salary plus healthcare benefits.  If you are interested in finding out more information about the position, please send a resume and cover letter explaining why you would be a good fit for us to consider.
