Facilities Maintenance Manager
The Facilities Maintenance Manager we are looking for is a tech savvy and detail-oriented candidate living in the Las Vegas area. The Estate is 14,000 sq. ft. and sits on a beautiful property in North Las Vegas. This experienced individual must be willing and able to perform hands-on repairs, conduct in-depth inspections and audits of all household equipment & complex building systems, and develop routine maintenance checklists and logs. Some of the requirements include:
- Maintenance experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Tech savvy (working in a smart home using the Crestron system)
- Strong command of English language; outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a high end private home with longevity in past positions.
- Thorough knowledge of household systems both interior and exterior.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer, family members, guests, and properties.
- Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel, squat, crouch, bend, and crawl.
- Ability to lift, push and pull required load (approximately 50 lbs.)
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to work in both large and confined spaces.
- Legally able to work in the United States
The Facilities Maintenance Manager will work closely with the Estate manager and household team that thrives in a culture of high standards where attention to detail, flexibility and adaptability are embraced daily. Confidentiality and discretion are of paramount importance!
