Caregiver/Cook

Looking to hire a skilled Live-In Caregiver who likes to cook role in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of Tennessee! This role provides day-to-day personal support to the principal. 5 days a week, the role starts at 7:30am. They will assist with or prepares breakfast and lunch daily (set table, clean dishes). The candidate will be responsible for:

Managing the owner’s wardrobe care and personal laundry, clothing organization, dry cleaning coordination, and seasonal rotation.

Handling grocery shopping, kitchen inventory, and household supply purchasing

Performing light cleaning of the main house throughout the day

Driving and attending doctor’s appointment with dad, keeps all notations, lab reports, etc. in a notebook, communicates with family. 

Must be able to learn principals’ medication schedule and healthcare contacts. Also, provide medication reminders and serves as primary liaison with healthcare providers and family.

Additionally, this role supports large dinners and special events with the Household Manager and ensures the principal’s comfort, safety, and well-being at all times.

Role is $60-70k. A vehicle for work purposes, healthcare benefits, and housing is included.
