Domestic Couple Team (Filled Feb 2025)

Seeking an Experienced couple-team needed to care for a beautiful 18,000 sq. ft. estate in Kansas City that sits on 70 acres. The couple will be responsible for full housekeeping and for stocking main residence with staples before principal’s arrival and may be asked to assist with other errands or tasks while in residence. Airport pick-up and drop off may be requested.  The job entails cleaning of home with deep cleaning on a rotating basis to ensure all areas of the home are cleaned regularly. Keep kitchen clean, dishes done, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and mopping. Clean bathrooms and freshen daily. Oversee all grounds maintenance including pruning trees, mowing weekly. Relevant work experience managing similar large high-end smart home as a couple; Good communication is key! Seeking a proactive couple who meets once a week in-person or remote about plans/schedule for the property with the principals.  There is access to the client’s calendar to make sure this happens on a recurring basis.
