Executive Housekeeper (Position filled March 2026)

Seeking a passionate Executive Housekeeper for a long-term, full-time position in Teton County, MT. We are looking for someone who is familiar with working on a rural ranch with UHNW clients. This role provides housing off-site about 30 minutes from the Ranch.  There are multiple dwellings/ homes on the property that need upkeep; there is always something to be cleaned!  Seeking a true professional who is discreet, and experienced to oversee housekeeping operations for multiple residences, offices, a barn, and ranch support facilities.  The candidate will ensure cleanliness, organization, and guest readiness across all areas of the property.  This individual must possess leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.  The position requires both performance of routine cleaning duties, and management of complex household operations.  The Executive Housekeeper manages seasonal staff and reports to the Ranch Office Manager who works in the family office.  This job is for someone active and likes working in a remote setting!  References from past work history as an Executive Housekeeper are a must; job longevity is what we are looking for!  This is a stunning location amongst dramatic weather in the West; living/ working on an estate/home on a ranch setting is preferred but not required.
