Farm Manager or Couple Team needed to care for 70 animals and manage a 500 acre property with a primary residence and art studio on site. Woman works from home and her farm & animals are a intricate part of her work. Looking for experienced and highly competent applicant(s) who are excellent with animals and have the necessary skills, common sense and basic veterinarian knowledge needed to care for her menagerie; 6 Goats, 4 Miniature Horses, Rabbits, Chickens, Various Birds, Potbellied Pigs, Dogs and Cats. A jack-of-all-trades with land management skills needed to maintain the property; fixing fences, cutting trees, dragging paddock and removing manure. Maintain all the animals structures, purchase feed, keep health records, exercise, feed and keep animals safe and happy. This is a home for her animals not a working farm. Manager will handle all animals related issues including knowledge of nutrition, hire, train, oversee and work with other animal caretakers and other household staff. Looking for employee(s) who are passionate about their work, are honest, discrete and focused. This is a primary residence so we will consider a couple team experienced with private service, respect boundaries and are willing to work with-in the home and on the land with the animals. Needed to provide a high level, Estate Management of multiple properties and boats. Right-hand assistance in the management and administration of a 4,000sf residence, 2,400sf condo, multiple boats and vehicles. This position requires an experienced professional with excellent communication skills, management skills, patience and the ability perform a wide variety of duties with a sense of urgency and ability to transition smoothly as instructed and return to tasks in a timely manner with excellent follow through. Work out of home office reporting to Mrs and assist her throughout the day as instructed. Create a household manual, while keeping all household & boat records. Schedule, negotiate and oversee all outside service providers, contractors, vendors, etc. Report to Mr on progress, schedule and accountability for work being completed on home(s) & boats. Coordinate travel arrangements, review bills and submit to accountant, maintain maintenance schedules for home(s) and boats (prefer someone experienced in this area). Various errands, shopping, purchases, packing, pet care, etc. Requirements: Bi-lingual, intelligent candidate with at least 5 years of applicable previous experience. Couple Team needed to care for a 10,000sf vacation home in Aspen. Must have maintenance abilities, groundskeeping and gardening skills with an excellent eye for detail. The position requires full housekeeping -keeping the home clean and in good repair all year with extra service requirements when owner, his two boys, and guests are in residence. Maintain vehicles all year and complete preventative maintenance throughout – to preserve owner’s property and investment. Stock home with staples, fresh groceries and prepare bedrooms before their arrival and prepare and serve meals when they are in residence. Laundry, shopping and driving required while they are in residence. Work with a budget and submit accounting and bookkeeping records and ongoing projects and maintenance reports directly to employer and office staff. This is a full-time position and must be treated as such with extra hours when family is in residence and fewer hours in the winter. Although employer might consider one person working full time as long as the second is available 24/7 when they are in residence (only 30-40 days per year). Looking for an experienced team with service skills and the ability to manage time well. Private apartment within the home provided with a competitive salary commensurate with position.

Couple Team needed to maintain a 300 acre retreat property in western MA for a couple with two young children living in Cambridge. This is a full-time position for a dedicated team who are able to provide daily care for 6-8 horses and various other farm animals on the property including sheep, chickens. Maintain owners’ current 1,200sf home on the property and the other structures on the property; guest cottage, garage, and barn. Oversee and liaison with family throughout construction of 7,500sf home and 500 sq ft studio. Must be able to maintain and operate all necessary farm equipment including researching new purchases, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and mechanical repairs. Other responsibilities include full housekeeping owners’ home and other buildings on the farm, shopping, stock staples and purchase fresh groceries before arrival, laundry, assist with errands, care of fences, security. Looking for a team with strong equine skills and experience caring for a large gentleman’s farm. Beautiful home provided on the property for couple. Compensation package will be commensurate with experience.

This full time position requires an on-site couple team to maintain the property, structures and equipment. Duties include routine maintenance and deferred projects on structures and equipment, housekeeping, yard work and snow removal. Additional responsibilities include coordination and transport of family members, stocking houses in preparation for arrivals, and laundry service when family is in residence. The couple must maintain a consistent presence on the property to deter trespassers from the property at all times. A separate home on the property is provided for the caretakers. Salary commensurate with experience will be offered for the right long-term employees.
