Household Manager

Seeking a full-time trustworthy and reliable, live-out Household Manager to manage a luxury vacant residence in Richmond, TX (outside of Sugarland) to prepare the owner’s 20,000 sq. ft home for staging and to be sold while working alongside the real estate agent.  This role ensures the home remains immaculate, welcoming, and always ready to impress prospective buyers.  We are seeking a candidate who is a team player!  This position will have help from the Executive Assistant who is the CEO’s right hand in executing tasks. We are looking for an individual that has a strong eye for detail and can take initiative and is proactive.  After this property has been sold, the Household Manager will shift locations to the primary residence in Katy, TX which is a 5,000 sq. ft. home.
