Household Manager

Seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Household Manager to support the smooth daily operation of an estate in Highland Park, TX (Dallas).  This role is ideal for a professional who takes pride in maintaining an organized, welcoming environment and can anticipate needs with minimal direction. The family values discretion, consistency, and a positive, easygoing presence. Candidates should have a positive attitude, and take pride in maintaining a structured, clean, and meticulous environment. A flexible mindset, strong communication skills, and a calm demeanor are essential. This family is seeking someone who is looking for long-term placement and will become a valued part of the household.  This is a household with 10 people; candidates who have worked with families that are large is preferred! We are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Household Management in a private home for UHNWI
• Proactive, self-starting mindset with strong attention to detail
• High level of reliability and consistency
• Ability to hire, manage, but also someone who is VERY hands-on
• Comfort working in a home with children
