Nanny

This is a full-time, live-in position for a Nanny in Sheridan, WY that is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of a 15-month-old boy. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Daytime supervision to ensure the child’s safety and well-being. Feeding child nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day to ensure he is adequately fed. Engaging him in games and activities throughout the day to keep him entertained and active. Daily care including changing his diaper as needed, dressing appropriately for the weather and use of sunscreen and bug repellant if necessary. Assisting him to keep good hygiene and eventually, aiding with his toilet training during the day. Develop routines and schedules to ensure he has adequate physical activity, rest and playtime. Occasional assistance with transporting our older daughters to and from the school bus or school activities.

Qualifications we are seeking:

• Proven work experience as a Child Care Provider, Babysitter, or similar role
• Familiarity with the stages of child development
• Experience in managing the daily routines of children
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Excellent understanding of child discipline methods
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines
• Ability to prepare nutritious meals and snacks
• High school diploma; Further training in child development is a plus
