Couple Team (Position Filled 9/25/26)

Seeking a live on-site Spanish speaking couple team who loves rural living! Our client’s spectacular property sits in Western North Carolina and is about 20 minutes from Burnsville, NC. One of the two candidates in the couple team will be a Nanny to a newborn baby and work alongside the Au Pair who is already in place.  This role will help with the baby, but also the housekeeper.  When the principals travel, the baby is with them, so there are other hats to wear during that time such as helping with the animals (2 indoor cats, 3 dogs). The other candidate of the couple team will be doing maintenance work (mainly outside) fencing work, feeding the animals (3 donkeys, 3 cows, petting farm, chickens, goats, dogs, cats) taking care of the property, mowing, weed eating, cutting wood, etc. The couple team must love animals! The principals split their time between NC and FL, but this role is solely for the NC property; working here is going to be a dream for the right couple team! Housing for the couple is totally separate from the main home; the property as a whole is 300 acres and there is a brand-new apartment for the couople team with an open/studio floor plan, approx. 750 sq ft.
